Titans cut Adrian Peterson. To compensate, they elevated RB/KR Dontrell Hilliard (Tulane) from the taxi squad. They also signed veteran WR Golden Tate to the taxi squad to take Hilliard's place.

In the "is it or isn't it" confusing world of COVID, it is now open to debate whether or not Aaron Rodgers has "COVID toe." It's a real thing, but it's a skin condition, but when Rodgers mentioned that he had it, he referenced a bone condition associated with his pinkie toe. Whether this is legit or another symptom of his increasing oddity associated with COVID remains to be seen....

"Playing well" and "scaring me" are two different things, particularly since my favorite NFL team is the Cowboys. Of course, the reason Theismann scares me is that he was the Redskins' QB when I first became aware of football as Danny White was taking over in Dallas in 1980. For the same reason, Ron Jaworski and Phil Simms are the only QBs for those franchises to scare me. Oddly enough, the Cardinals didn't have such a guy in that era, though they were in the NFC East with us back then. Kyler Murray blows Steve Pisarkewiecz out of the water....
