Time for another sports poll. How many sh*ts do you give about the upcoming Tokyo Olympics? That quadrennial exercise in jingoism and xenophobia, postponed due to Covid. Do you get steamed up about banning that woman track star for smoking weed? Do you lie awake at night worrying about a substandard men’s basketball squad? Do you fear that the Red Chunks will demonstrate their global superiority by winning the gold/overall medals race on the backs of Uyghur slave labor?

Or would you rather enjoy a big steaming dump, drink a cup of coffee, and read last night’s box scores?

For me, the answer is obvious. Again, we go from zero to five sh*ts, with a bonus sh*t level at the top? Have at it!

I gave 1 b/c there are some events that I would like to see with my daughter.

As to that runner - I don't feel sorry for her. She knew the rules and broke them. The legality of her smoking weed aside, she knew the rules.

3, I will watch. 4 or 5 for winter olympics.

Love the Olympics, will watch as much as we can. Only 2 things I don't really give a shit about is Fox News and CNN, the TASS of their respective political party sheeple. So maybe that's 1 thing, news media that follows party lines.

I love the Olympics, always fun to watch. I agree with 89, the Winter ones are sometimes better than the Summer, but they're all good IMO.

I prefer winter over summer.

(I guess I wasn't paying attention between Olympiads.) I wish we could have Stacy Dragila, Amanda Borden, and Shawnie Johnson (out because she's pregnant) competing this year, but not to be. Once again, I'm too old school. SMH....

That doesn‘t make any sense. Japan is a super duper mask wearing Asian country. So declaring a state of emergency and no spectators doesn‘t make any sense….if masks work..
