Holy crap, the Flyers actually won a game. And scored 5 goals. Must be feeling the juice from all the other Philly teams right now.

To be fair, it was against the Devils but a win is a win.
Rangers picking up where they left off last year beating TB and Minnesota and the young guys look like they are ready to take the next step. If Igor can stay healthy in goal and the forwards continues to play well, they will be tough to beat.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Ovechkin Scores Twice, Passes Howe
Ovechkin is now 2nd on the all-time NHL goal scoring list, passing Goldie Howe with 2 goals. Ovechkin now has 802 goals, Wayne Gretzky is 1st with 894 goals.

Probably, Goldie did have 174 goals in the WHA that don't count towards the record, Gretzky has 46 WHA goals.

Crosby is at 536, #34. Bobby Hull is at 610, but also had 303 in the WHA.
In points. Goals + Assists, Crosby #17 with 1452, Ovechkin #18, with 1451. Gretzky 2857, #2 Jagr 1921.
