Sidney Crosby is a Crybaby

Every time I hear Sidney Crosby open his mouth he is complaining, whining, crying or acting like a baby. Yeah, the penguins got beat last night and Ovechkin and Crosby both scored hat tricks. So, last night Crosby decides to make a point about how upset he is about the Ovechkin Hat Trick celebration... what a pansy
If you're one of the best hockey players in the world, and you have a potentially undeserved reputation for excessive complaining, and you're asked what you were discussing with a game official following your rival's game-clinching playoff hat trick, you could potentially say, "Oh, it was nothing." Or, if you were feeling frisky, you could venture further afield.

"People kept throwing hats," Sidney Crosby said tonight. "I was just asking if he could make an announcement to ask them to stop. I mean, the first wave came and then I think they were all pretty much picked up, and then more started coming. So for us, we just wanted to make sure we kept kind of moving and kept the game going, wanted to try to get back in it. So wasn't complaining about anything."

I understand wanting to keep the game moving, but it's the playoffs and the fans are 10 times more excited... of course they're going to throw their hats, and a lot of them.

I personally love Ovechkin, and most people I know do as well. He is good for the game in my opinion. This isn't golf. Crosby's reaction is why nobody outside of Pittsburgh likes him and Ovechkin is loved worldwide.

 Look who's driving this rig! No wonder they didn't get there in time. Probably passed out at stop light after an all night drug binge and soliciting sex in the mens room.

what I like about Ovechkin is he celebrates his goals like a fan would... he plays with youthful enthusiasm not Canuck stoicism... that's good for the game.

Crosby oth... fancies himself like Gretzky, doesn't play defense, has the men in stripes protecting him especially.

something tells me ol sid is going to spend much of his career putting up great numbers and then struggling to get to the conference finals...

just a hunch

Yes, Sid was whining.
But the fans were being arses by prolonging the hat toss.

You want to throw your hat onto the ice after a hat trick?
More power to you! But do it right away. Don't wait until 3 minutes after the goal.
