The Nats have clearly resumed a decades old tradition in Washington, D.C. of just plain sucking at the game of baseball.

That is all.
Ah, my story had a big thing in it too. You just didn't give it time to develop.

right where they ought to be.

what's amazing to me... is that almost every other team in baseball has become at least moderately respectable... even the royals and pirates have a reason to cheer and hope for the future or are coming down the mountain from recent success (rockies, etc) but the nat's just can't even be bothered to get their shit together.

When I went to Bruins games over 10 years ago, the Canadian anthem got booed.
