Why HS Football is Tops in Ohio!

Stambaugh Stadium this past friday.
#25 in the Nation Cardinal Mooney beat Mentor 21-10.
Cardinal Mooney takes on #10 in the nation Gateway out of Pittsburgh this Saturday in the Kirk Herbstreit's Ohio vs. USA HS Football Challenge. Got to love HS Ball in Youngstown---IT IS LIFE! And btw, that picture is impressive with that crowd, you need to see it when it is Mooney vs. Ursuline.

We'll see just how good it is when Charlotte's Independence High Patriots roll into Cincinnatti to play Elder. Independence has won 108 straight games and 7 consecutive AAAA state titles (with 2 different coaches). Haven't lost since Labor Day weekend 2000...Hillary was still President...
