PHOENIX (AP) - The 4-year-old daughter of boxer Mike Tyson died at a hospital Tuesday, a day after her neck apparently got caught in a treadmill cord at her Phoenix home, police said.

I saw the story on the news this morning. Truly a tragic accident. RIP and prayers for the family.

Not to sound uncaring but I see a lawsuit coming, even more so with Tyson being broke.

Design flaw, this company knowingly sold a product which they knew had the potential for injury or death, or something to that effect will be argued. I could be wrong but that is how I read this.

Police said Exodus either slipped or put her head in the loop of a cord hanging under the console and suffocated. She was pronounced dead just before noon after being on life support, said police Sgt. Andy Hill, who called the injury a “tragic accident.”
