if you're an MLS player with a Twitter account, you better watch what you say. The latest "Twittergate" involves US National Team striker Brian Ching of the Houston Dynamo.

Readers will remember his Twitter outburst over the linesman in Seattle calling Montero's strike at goal which appeared to many to be cleared off the line, a goal. This happened while Ching was thousands of miles away in New England with the US National Team. Possibly this might also be the longest distance fining in MLS history.

Brian Ching
Houston Dynamo
Suspension/Fine: $500
Reason: Public Criticism

Part II:

Some brilliance, no doubt CONCACAF brass to try and save money, booked the U.S. and Mexico on the same flight to Jersey. The following players tweeted:
JimmyConrad:
Apparently, we're sharing a plane with the Mexico National Team. I hope the Mexico coach doesn't kick me when I walk down the aisle.

brianching:
Sharing a plane with Mexico. Thanks
and from the official US Soccer twitter account,
USSoccer:
On our plane - we are about to depart for NYC. We are flying with Mexico and a bunch of CONCACAF officials. Ochoa's hair is huge
Conrad's page has since been deactivated, so it seems natural a fine will be assessed in the coming days.
