In a statement by the league Commissioner Don Garber says:
“We support our players interacting with fans, whether it is at clinics, charity events or by high-fiving their supporters in the stands while celebrating a goal,” Garber said. “However, our players should never engage in conduct that can be interpreted as encouraging fans to come out of the stands and onto the field, regardless of the reason.”

Ban lifted for fan in Beckham fracas

CARSON, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Galaxy fan who jumped onto the field during a testy exchange between David Beckham and the home crowd had his lifetime ban from the stadium rescinded Monday.
The unidentified Galaxy supporter leaped from the Riot Squad fan section onto the field at halftime of Beckham's return to Los Angeles on July 19 for a match against AC Milan. Beckham made what appeared to be an inciting gesture -- but which might actually have been an invitation for a handshake -- to the booing fans, who resent the superstar's reluctant return to Los Angeles after playing with AC Milan.
Beckham himself was involved in discussions surrounding the incident and advocated for the ban to be rescinded, according to a person with knowledge of the situation who was not authorized to speak publicly and requested anonymity.

One of those interviewed in the crowd said the fans in questions were being dicks and deserve what they got.

“We didn’t have a man or woman in the drone,” Trump explained to a confused America. “We had nobody in the drone. It would have made a big difference, let me tell you. It would have made a big, big difference.”
