I laughed when I saw this earlier... but then realized the cost of living in NYC is so much more than the rest of the US that they had to make him the highest paid athlete in the NFL.
How would you feel if you were Peyton, Brady or even Rothlisberger and Brees.... I bet every NFL GMs nutsack retracted when they saw this news. Imagine the paycheck some of these guys are going to demand when their contract comes up.

This is sickening. NO ONE needs that much goddamn money. Give me a mil, fuck, even 500K and I could be set for life out here.
Pro athletes salaries are fucking ridiculous. Sure I like watching them, but for Christ's sake no one needs that much cash.

Don't worry, punters don't make anywhere near that much in the NFL.
