The Boston Red Sox had a 7.5 game* lead over the New York Yankees.

36 games later both teams were tied and a playoff game was held in which Bucky "Fucking" Dent broke the hearts of Sox fans.

Moral of the story? Don't count your chickens before they hatch....

*New York currently has a 6 game lead over Boston.... Nothing is over yet.

one problem... the SAWKS don't have Bucky-Boy.

but please, continue beating the White Sox, and when the Tigers come to town... do the same...

but don't kid yourselves about catching the Yankees this year...
