Will Tiger Come Back Today?

Entering the final round of the Deutsche Bank Championship Tiger Woods was 9 shots of the lead at -4. On the opening nine holes Woods shot -6 and now sits just three shots off the lead. The leaders have yet to tee off today.
Anyone think Woods can have a strong back 9 as well and possibly win this thing?
