I'm sure Heath Ledger, and Michael Jackson's families love being a part of a part of the display also. Why would they only remove one display, and not all three? Yes, the way McNair died was more brutal, but it doesn't mean that they're being any less disrespectful to the families of the other two. To me, if the remove one, they should remove all three.
