The Blackhawks overcome a 5-0 1st Period to defeat Calgary 6-5 in OT...The 5 goal comback was the largest in 80+ years of Blackhawks Hockey!!!

Red Sox - Everyone knows.
Patriots - 2002 vs Bears, down 27-6 in 3rd Qtr. Patriots win 33-30.
Celtics - 2008 NBA Finals (Largest playoff comeback ever)
Bruins - I follow the Bruins and have for a long time. Just not enough to be able to put down an answer here.

Nice. Only the second time in NHL history that a team won after trailing 5-0 in the first period.
