The US scores 4 minutes, 50 seconds into stoppage time to tie Costa Rica at 2-2!

For the second time in qualifying, Costa Rica scores 2 early goals to go up 2-0.

With 20 minutes left the US made it 2-1, setting up the incredible finish. The US wins the qualifying group, Cosat Rica was seconds away from qualifying for the World Cup, now they face a play-in game against Uruguay in order to qualify.

That was amazing, what a way to comeback and clinch. With just seconds on the clock.

The US was playing a man short when they tied it (a player was injured).

Yep, and ironically with all the time wasting from their players getting "injured", the coach and his assistant's ejections, Jonny B may have not had enough time to tie it up. We win the hexagonal for the second time in a row, thanks Ticos

At least you went to watch another sport. I turned that off and went to watch my TiVo'd shows from the night. Mythbusters, Time Warp, South Park, Man vs. Food, Ghost Hunters, Destination Truth.

I believe it. Honduras once fought a war over World Cup Soccer qualifying. They take the sport pretty seriously.
