One bubble team goes down as Nicholls loses to SELU 21-17. I wonder if NSU will complain to the Southland for having to play a game on a short week when SELU was not on a short week.
Other games…
Jax State easily beat Tennessee State 36-6
Prairie View beat UIW in an oddly-timed non-conference game 42-28

MSU leads Montana 21-13 at the half. The Griz are overcommitting to Murray and got gashed by the RBs several times (Murray has about minus-15 rushing himself).

And Curran's having a relapse with the drops.

He's Cris Carter to Stitt's Buddy Ryan: all he does is catch touchdowns.

Now it's time to recruit some talent to replace the shit that Dave Brock left us with from the past four years.
Also time to see if the second string QB at Pitt is pissed with his lack of playing time.

Yeah, the Hens were a year or two ahead of schedule this year. Glad they gave us hope for the first time in a long time. That offense is just horrific.
That said, with UNH losing, there's still a shot at a round of 24 game. I'm sure the committee will be licking it's chops at a chance to have a first round game in Newark.

You think they'll just go with 3 CAA teams?

Hey 89, WDSD is trying to make the case for the Hens to sneak in as I type.
Monmouth, WCU (losing), Nichols, Duquesne, UNH, Ill St, Montana (losing).
The bubble teams really sucked today.

Apparently you can be in the endzone and bat a ball back out on a punt and its not a touchback.

The ROOT guys said that was the rule. Maybe it's just the NFL that does it differently.

Now 24-16 Bobcats, ≈11 minutes left
NoCo beat Cal Poly 42-0. Didn't see that kind of margin coming…

Montanas defense is terrible. We need a new D coordinator.

Maybe, but it wasn't Semore's fault Josh Buss (of all people) wiffed Murray that last drive.

Griz answer with a Curran TD. Now 31-23 Bobcats with 5:XX to play.

Bison survive the blizzard in Normal, and probably knock the Redbirds out 20-7.
