NFL Game of the Week - Week 5

Post by 93henfan »

Limited but solid slate this week.

Pack@Lions and Vikes@Eagles just missed the cut due to the Lions and Vikes sucky records.

I went with Skins at Saints, because it will be highly enjoyable watching Washington lose on MNF.

Jags and Chiefs will probably be playing against each other in the playoffs...
They look like they have the most raw talent in the AFC
and enough coaching to get the job done

I do think the Rams are legit though. Good coach, elite running back and QB, strong defense.

Chiefs, we'll see. Andy Reid is just not clutch when the stakes are highest.

Is Mahomes more clutch than McNabb was? Can Mahomes be the QB the that overcomes Andy's sphincter tightening?

Props to AZ for telling us Mahomes was the real deal before the draft.

As I lived through it, I can tell you that Eagles fans were every bit as jacked for McNabb right up until about Feb 2005.

When Mahomes hoists a Lombardi trophy, I'll call him "the real deal."

Fair enough on the Lombardi. Didn't they boo when the Eagles drafted him? Or is that how eagles fans show their support?

30 guys riled up and bussed to MSG by an Italian morning drive sportstalk idiot who wanted the Eagles to draft Ricky Transcendental Williams does not a fan base make. Sounds great to the lazy media though.

Denver should have won that game, poor offensive play calling, they should have stuck to ground game. Chefs will probably win division but they are soft and will lose in play offs, you seen it here first.
