I don't think there were any indications that the Saudi government was behind the attacks. I don't think it was like a bunch of members of the Saudi security forces whatever they're called.

1) They killed a journalist

3) It's an arms deal - we're a Military Industrial Complex - all things are secondary to Military deals

And then the relationship would go unchanged. Let’s not forget that it was under Obama’s watch that the Saudis have been razing towns to the ground in Yemen.
