Eastern Liberty University

Post by kalm »

Yep...more has come out regarding everyone's favorite state legislator/christian broadcaster/militia man/warrior - Spokane's Matt Shea. He wants to secede and name the new state Liberty. He's also dreamt of surveilling, assaulting, and torturing Indivisible members and college professors.

I'm just glad he's protecting us from antifa. Not one single attack in the Spokane area yet! :thumb:
A Washington state Republican politician took part in private discussions with right wing figures about carrying out surveillance, “psyops” and even violent attacks on perceived political enemies, according to chat records obtained by the Guardian.

State representative Matt Shea, who represents Spokane Valley in the Washington state house, participated in the chats with three other men. All of the men used screen aliases – Shea’s was “Verum Bellator”, Latin for true warrior. The Guardian confirmed the identity of those in the chat by cross-checking phone numbers attached to the Signal accounts.

The group included Jack Robertson, who broadcasts a far-right radio show, Radio Free Redoubt, under the alias “John Jacob Schmidt”. The chat also included Anthony Bosworth, whose history includes a public altercation with his own daughter and bringing guns to a court house. Bosworth participated in the 2016 occupation of the Malheur national wildlife refuge, reportedly at Shea’s request.

The name of another participant, who provided the chat records to the Guardian, has been withheld due to concerns about personal safety.

More like “Verum Fellator,” if you ask me.

They are anarchists, who wouldn't be caught dead voting for a Democrat.

Unlike the GOP, that embraces and elects the right-wing fanatics

A little bit of a difference between some randos getting together and a publicly elected state official secretly scheming how to stalk and torture people.

Your continued obsession with antifa is noted though. Has anyone actually met an antifa member? I've met a yellow-jacket member (in the US) and still haven't come across antifa, and my circle leans heavily left.

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

ANTI-FAscists
Jon, I'm mocking the reality that they have a lot in common (violence, intimidation, etc.) with the fascists they purportedly oppose. The foundation of their name should be altered to reflect reality not their idealized view of themselves.

There's less than 40K of them nationally
They don't vote Democrat or Republican
and they are absolutely fascists

No, 88’ is at least partly correct. They are anarchists and there’s a HUGE historical difference between the two.

For one, it’s impossible for Antifa to march in lockstep. They can’t keep their lines straight. One is always veering off to angrily smash a window or punch a nazi or grab an espresso shot.

Does anyone really meet any of these whackos on either side of the aisle? The number of actual klansmen, white supremacists, Nazi-lovers, and ANTIFA folks are all, in total, pretty miniscule. It's close to the number of people that read JSO's posts all the way through. About 6.93 people I believe.
