I think Fox News is, at this point, worse in terms of total BS and bias than CNN and MSNBC are. But I'll admit that it's debatable.

Here's the thing, though: Media entities such as the Washington Post, the New York times, the main NBC News, CBS News, ABC News, Politifact, Factcheck.org, Reuters, USA Today, NPR, etc., are CLEARLY superior in terms of minimizing bias and maximizing accuracy than something like Fox News is. And Trump's fans are calling THOSE instituations "fake news." No. They're not. It's just that Real News does not comport with Trump support, And we are dealing with a cult-like situation.

A three judge Federal Court panel rules that it is unconstitutional for a parking enforcement officer to chalk your tire as a way of tracking your time spent in a parking spot...
That parking officer who swipes a chalk mark on your tire to keep track of how long you've been parked is violating the Constitution, a federal appeals court panel found Monday.

A three-judge panel of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati reinstated a 2017 case brought by Alison Taylor, who was issued 15 parking tickets in three years in Saginaw, Michigan, by the same parking enforcement officer, who's described in the suit as the city's "most prolific issuer of parking tickets."

Taylor argued that marking tires with chalk constituted an unreasonable search under the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution. But a U.S. district judge in Michigan dismissed the suit in 2017, writing that even if chalking a tire is a search, it's a reasonable one, because a piece of chalk isn't an "information-gathering device" that could violate Taylor's privacy, like a GPS tracker, for example.

Car could've moved and just parked in the same exact manner - time stamped pictures wouldn't hold up. I say either let them park for free for an unlimited time or have them get a time stamped ticket (doesn't have to be a pay-to-park like a meter, it could be free) that needs to be visible on the dash. Most places have done away with meters and went with the printed ticket on the dash. If it's that important to have the space be timed then either invest in a ticket meter or a lawn chair for the guy to sit in and watch the cars all day.

Not around here. Still meters in most places. However, you can pay by phone and it's great now because you stop the clock when you leave and don't have to pay for time not used. No need to run to buy more time. If you are stupidly short, you can re-up on the phone without leaving where you are.

Man, you guys brought back memories of UD's parking fine office, which if memory serves me correctly was near Amstel Ave. I freaking lived in that place. When I joined the USMC, they wanted me to get a printout of my parking violations from UD and it was multiple pages, single spaced entries. I'm guessing I paid a couple of grand in parking tickets. Seemed like it was about $20 every time I went and I was there almost every week.

Oof Dude totally drills Omar in his response. I'm starting to think she really is a piece of work. Not saying she has ill will in her heart, but she sure says all the stereotypical crap a Muslim would get lampooned over.

I take special exception to Omar’s disgusting comments because I served in the Battle of Mogadishu, which was later portrayed in the movie “Black Hawk Down.” If you aren’t familiar with the real story behind “Black Hawk Down,” let me set the scene for you.

A practicing Muslim, by definition, has ill will toward all non-Muslims not willing to convert. It's right there in their books. They are instructed to kill such persons.

Awesome fucking article. I vote we put that ungrateful cunt on the first plane back to Mogadishu and let her see what her shithole home country is like now.

This Omar is the one the I really just do not like.

(I kinda like AOC... no idea why. And even ol Nancy Pelosi has grown on me now that we know where her limit for social justice nonsense is)

But I find that people who have garbage views on Jews usually have garbage views on other things and that's pretty much Omar in a nutshell. She has some real stones to criticize the soldiers who fought and died in that shithole country she fled, to protect people like her.

Just reason number 3756 to get out of the world policing business - ingrates like that vile woman

I can't wait until the 2020 Dem nominee has to either support or disavow the garbage things that come out of her mouth.

But Trump...
