Quillette is one of the last outlets for 20th century liberalism. Eventually they will be marginalized as racist and misogynistic, just as the center right is marginalized by the far right as squishy and weak.

Quillette is not the outlet to watch - they are already labeled. The Atlantic and even Salon are starting to grumble a bit about the illiberal left - when they lose The Atlantic and Salon that's when you'll know the real pushback is beginning.

But now the quandary .... in response to Jon above: is Dunkin Donuts doing the right thing by denying employment to illegals still the way forward for "many on the left", or is it racist and anti-immigrant?

I mean, if paroling them into the country is the humanitarian thing to do, shouldn't giving them employment also be the humanitarian thing to do... since they surely don't partake of need-based public assistance (snicker)?
