If the liberals (Democratic Party) were smart, they'd all join the NRA and vote in a progressive to take over the group.

You can make fun of the “theyre comin for my guns” crowd all you like

But the histrionics and irrationality over what makes up almost a rounding error in the overall percentage of gun deaths doesn’t exactly spur confidence in the intentions of gun control types

I was making fun of the Godwin's Law infraction.

What if...some people were gun rights advocates AND in favor of reasonable on sales?

I know. The slippery slope concerns are real and I personally take some comfort in the fact that we are an armed citizenry. But the death by a thousand cuts is still a far cry from making Democrats making an organized leap toward the 4th Reich.

I'm not a member of the NRA, all they do is play defense and buy Wayne troops and houses.

I need a gun group that is much more offensive minded, vicious and semi violent to take on the violent left.

Nice try even though it was more inept than you usually are.

Wayne won't let people join his group? That's not very democratic. That's actually quite...elitist. Republicans are always harping about elitism. That doesn't sound correct. :coffee:

Good luck with the Constitution on that one... for now

50 years from now someone will be arguing (after we’ve moved the window on “hate” speech) that exercising the right to talk about certain subjects online should be regulated not much differently than a driver’s license

Ask Ollie North how fair Wayne plays. You can never take over that group as long as that POS Lapierre is around.

I see Dems today rejected amendment to notify police when someone applies to buy a gun and is turned down on the background check. This includes notifying ICE for "undocumented" illegal aliens. So much for enforcement...
