A rather crappy week, but I think week 3 often is.

Yup, when GameDay has to go to Ames for the show, the same Ames where UNI should've already knocked off the Cyclones, you know it's a tough week. It gets better in week 4 so just a blip.

Ugh. The Cy-Hawk fans are going to be unbearable this week with Gameday coming.

Fuck Sparty and those stupid uniforms. They surprisingly surpassed Maryland for the worst B1G uniforms. :ohno:

South Carolina and Kentucky have lost their opening game starting QB's so that kills those games.

So I'm going with the Battle for Ethanol Supremacy.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Nope. Maryland uses Maryland colors. The Ducks walking out with black, silver, neon green, etc... is a joke. Maryland unis >>>>>> Oregon

The Ducks uniform combos rock! You're just a curmudgeonly old stick-in-the-mud who can't handle it when any one west of the Appalachians does it better than one of your teams.

Nope. Teams should wear their school colors. Anything else is just stoopid.

Used to be a basketball school. I'm not sure what they are now. Pretty good women's lacrosse school. :coffee:

 Definitely a smaller crowd on Saturday. Home side and student sections were full, but not so much on the big side.

As far as bball... they were ranked most of the season last year and enter this year as pre-season top ten on most rankings. So not sure you're going to have a successful fishing expedition on that one Ganny.

Since 2000 they've won NC's in Mens Basketball, Womens Basketball, Mens Lacrosse, Womens Lacrosse (7), Mens Soccer (3), Field Hockey (5).

Not sure how many other schools can boast 18 titles in 19 years. :tothehand:

See, I was rock solid on it being a Women's Lacrosse school. No shame in that. :thumb:

And he used Soccer as an example of athletic success! That probably hurt a little.
