Yang's platform involves a UBI (Freedom Dividend) and Medicare for All, which are deal breakers for me. Whether or not he is able to implement them is immaterial to me, just the fact that he is proposing them shows me where his mindset and beliefs lie and gives a clue where he is coming from and the type of policy he is willing to support or compromise towards.
Same here, Winterborn. Yang is the trendy candidate for the Sensitive Internet Centrists set who want to be perceived as soft-core progressives.

There are no Black people in Iowa. Until Warren can show that she can compete with Biden for the true Democratic establishment, she's still on the outside looking it. Of course, this whole Ukraine-gate thing could be just the thing to get her elected. :coffee:

They're more sun-bleached out there and then fall into a different category. ;)

Trump earns International Union of Police Officers Association endorsement. Here’s what the head of that organization had to say:
“Every top Democrat currently running for this office has vilified the police and made criminals out to be victims. They seem to take any unions' support for granted," said Cabral.
Vilification of law enforcement (police, ICE, etc.)...yet another Dem platform plank that Klammy pretends doesn’t exist. yet there it is, right out of the mouth of the head of a major PO association....
"Ah fuck. You are right." KYJelly, 11/6/12
"The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam." Barack Obama, 9/25/12

Bernie is done, and it's only a matter of time until the Ukraine debacle kneecaps Biden. Who do you think she brings on her ticket as VP?

I’m guessing it will either be Kamala or that gap toothed gal from Georgia

Two women? Nah.

If Cherokee Lite gets the nod, her pick will be the differently oriented mayor of South Bend.

Maybe with the heart thing but he has enough cash and fundraising infrastructure to stay in as long as he wants and he just took the lead in Nevada.

Warren's earnestness is a liability on stage. Its smacks of desperation rather than leadership.

Lord, save us if that is the case. I bet Warren would be the favorite however it’s well documented that even her fellow Dems don’t like her.

Are you implying that Democrat voters have a higher standard than Republican voters..?

I'm being completely serious

Warren-Harris could descend into a cat fight of epic proportions! Warren is the most sanctimonious Donk candidate left standing.
