Have you been following the Flynn case? Sidney Powell has to have been fed information from someone on the inside because she has been pounding the FBI.

Only an idiot thinks the Flynn pardon is controversial. FBI cleared him of being a Russian asset in the first month of the investigation. They were trying to get him to compose against the Trump Admin, plain and simple. Hit job 100%.

Almost as bad as Mueller acting like Carter Page was a Russian asset, when in actuality, Page was an informant for our government and it was well known.

affirmed key targets of the FBI counterintelligence investigation made exculpatory statements denying collusion to undercover sources;
concluded retired Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn, Trump's first national security adviser, was not engaged in collusion with the Russians.
The latter revelation has mostly escaped much notice, contained in a single sentence in a once-sealed court motion filed by Flynn defense attorney Sidney Powell that requested what is known as Brady material, or evidence of innocence.

That motion dated Sept. 11, 2019 requested access to “an internal DOJ document dated January 30, 2017, in which the FBI exonerated Mr. Flynn of being ‘an agent of Russia.’”

Fairly concise article on why the need for Russia Collusion. As I've said before. This guy isn't always right, but he has put a shit ton of effort into this. I've wasted so much time on, never to be used again information.

Brief rundown: Surveillance system was being abused by FBI, DOJ, the usual. Searching for shit on people they had no business. It was political surveillance and directed at Republicans. Get dirt, release to press.

They got caught and had access shut down. In order to get back access, this time legally, they sent in the foreign government "spies" and now could use the system legally.

Clapper told the committee, “I don’t think we would have mounted the effort we did, probably, to be honest, in the absence of presidential direction, because that kind of cleared the way on sharing all the accesses.”

Michael Rogers, who was then the chief of the NSA, told investigators in March 2018 that he also only heard of the Steele claims at the end of December 2016 “while reviewing a draft of the ICA to which this material had been appended.” Rogers said his first reaction was that the Steele information shouldn’t be in the intelligence assessment but told the Senate committee he thought, “Let's put it in the appendix.”
