Yep, borrowing on a theme from a close friend, this is an all out fight to the death on or off these boards between the delusionary Weber fans of late and the insane San Diego crowd of a couple years back.

A few years ago, when Jim Harbaugh coach USD, the Toreros had a good non-schollie team without playing anyone. San Diego posters thought they deserved to make the playoffs.
The toreros have been pretty good the past couple of years but it seems it would probably either be in 2005 or 2006 dbackjon that they thought they should get in, they only lost one game in each season, to princeton in 05 and UC-Davis in 06 (both close games). They really need to get out of the Pioneer and into the Great West, they are a good team and they could probably pay for quite a few of the athletic scholarships with just their yearly travel costs alone.
Weber would beat all FOUR football teams in San Diego....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
Considering the fact that the idiots running the asylum (i.e. the bloody Spanos family, practically right next door to me in Stockton) literally dumped two Super Bowl-calibre quarterbacks to give that punk Rivers a shot, it should be no surprise that I'd take Weber over the Lightning Bolts.
