Interesting that you view BLM protests as an attack on our government and therefore the same. I’m not saying that’s wrong but perhaps a convenient simplification? Like comparing the grievances of Ya’ll Queda to POC and women?

What started as BLM protests devolved into AntFa riots/insurrections whose main targets were courthouses and other government institutions. Those were an attack on our government and were ignored or quietly supported by AOChe and her comrades.

Giving one set of attacks on the government a pass while focusing efforts on the other is a double-standard. The mistreatment of POC and women is also a double-standard. A post-partisan believes that double standards are bad regardless of whether they might agree with them.

So the mistreatment of POC and women is the same as the mistreatment of MAGA’s?

I'd agree on AnTIfA and BLM's objectives except I would add destroy sh!t and attempt to make others just as miserable as they are to aNTifA's objectives. Did the riot (or even the protests) help either achieve their objectives and if yes how so?

Portland has an extremely serious leadership problem along with a larger percentage of its population that appears to be clueless (I've seen some confidential survey info on houselessness and other issues broken out by region of Oregon that blew my mind).

I should have also stated that the one group that is being treated with kid gloves in Portland is also being treated with kid gloves by Democrats in Congress (kind of like how Republicans in Congress want to treat January 6 with kid gloves).
