A person named James T. Morrison, possibly affiliated with MSNBC, was caught trailing the jury bus with the intent of photographing jurors in the Rittenhouse case. The individual was ticketed by Kenosha police for running a red light while stalking the jurors and the Judge has banned all MSNBC affiliated reporters from the courthouse for the duration of the trail.

He’s immature and his judgment in going to Kenosha was bad. But that doesn’t make him a terrorist, and whether his possession of a gun was lawful or not, it is immaterial to a self defense claim, which I think has been clearly demonstrated. Being a stupid kid is also immaterial
This. Rittenhouse is neither a terrorist nor a patriot.

The judgement of the men he shot in going to Kenosha was equally bad and was compounded by their decisions to attack Rittenhouse.

He's a Patriot. He was there to protect property and render medical aid in the absence of proper policing and emergency services due to liberal media and mobs. Unfortunately, in the process of doing his volunteer work, three thugs foolishly stalked and assaulted him with a threat of grave bodily harm, and he was left with no choice but to neutralize them, lest he be killed. The courage and surgical precision of the young Patriot, injuring no innocent bystanders, deserves a Medal of Freedom and a Nobel Peace Prize.

Has to be some steadfast jurors. The last jury I was on was 11-1. We were sequestered, shacked up in a plush hotel. We finally convince the lone wolf that he can believe the person guilty, but go alone with us and say the prosecution didn't prove their case, and acquit.

JHC Gil. So in addition to being the unluckiest person in the US when it comes to Covid, you have the same luck with jury duty? I'm 54 and only one time set foot in a courtroom for jury duty and was quickly dismissed by the attorneys. I've been summoned two other times: once sat in the waiting room for a couple hours and never got called, and once never had to go in once they put out the lucky numbers for the day. You've been on multiple juries?

Difference is only like 1000 people actually live in the upper Midwest/Plains.

All the years I lived in Delaware, I never got called to jury duty. The ONE year I was in Michigan, I got called THREE times. ImageImageImage

I'm with CID on this one. Kyle is an immature teenager who had bad things happen when he went someplace he shouldn't have been. That said, I think the self-defense claim is valid and should exculpate him.

OTOH, if Brobama got a Nobel for what he accomplished, then...

Notice how it's always the white liberal trying to gaslight minorities into reacting. Every single time.

"If he was black, he would have been buried under the jail!!"

If a black man with a rifle was attacked by dozens of Trump supporters and he killed two and injured a third, they would want to build a statue for him.

"This means that white people can go out and shoot black people with no consequences!!!"

They were ALL white, not even mixed but considered white, ALL white. Hell, Rosenbaum was the textbook, white guy who acts black that 99% of the time they would call it cultural appropriation.

"Shoot me, N*gga!" - aspiring white rapper, Joey Rose

When something happens that stretches police man power well beyond it's limit IMO communities have a right to band together and defend themselves and property. What's funny is that such a big deal is made over what weapon KR had but it's a good thing he had a weapon that's impossible to conceal because then you know he's not hiding a weapon and trying to goad someone into attacking him. You could say Rittenhouse shouldn't have been there but the big lesson here is don't attack a guy with a big gun like he had. :twocents:
