Wow. Looks exactly like the same playbook.

Bot alert.

Russia doesn't have to be in Ukraine. At all. Ukraine in no way threatened Russia. Russia doesn't like neighbors who don't cower to Russia. That's not cause for a military invasion. Get out of the 1800's, nations attacking other nations to gain territory and subjugate those populations isn't how nations are supposed to act anymore. :coffee:
This.

Not to mention that 20th century thing called the Cold War where we flexed strength across the globe in defiance of Russian aggression. This is somehow new?

Awesome job of nailing Putin's propaganda attempting to justify the invasion. :coffee:

As Russia Gets Weaker, Xi Jinping May Forgo Taiwan To Grab Eastern Russia
That might happen. But if China’s modern efforts at territorial expansion has taught observers anything, it is that China’s expansionism is opportunistic, with leaders preferring to expand into areas that are contested or loosely held. Rather than fight, China grabs. And, as Russia’s conventional forces are getting ground up in Ukraine, the best strategic return comes from pressing north, along China’s 2,615 mile frontier with Russia, and grabbing territory there.
That would be a kick in Vlad's shorts and completely justified :sarcasm: to protect ethnic Chinese from less than ideal treatment.

Anyone that isn't going along with the MSM's pro-war narrative is called a "Putin puppet"...

...much like anyone that didn't go along with the China Virus "vaccine" became an "anti-vaxer".
Kind of like how any Republican that doesn't suck trump's tiny little pecker is a RINO?
If you say so. I view the Trumpian divide within the GOP as more of "establishment vs non-establishment", but that's just me.

Eh, the imperialistic view is over simplifying this war. There's an ethnic divide/blood feud in play with the Russia-Ukraine war that makes this more than just a land grab. I'm not going to pretend to know all the ins and outs that goes back over the hundreds of years these two regions have been in conflict, I just know the US has no defense treaties with Ukraine and Ukraine has no national security risks at play and thusly we have absolutely no obligation whatsoever to support Ukraine. The elites want us involved so they can keep lining their pockets. From a US perspective, it's that simple.

Not all of Europe - they couldn't possibly get that far. Heck, they'll be at least another 10 years in Ukraine just trying to stumble through there (although it doesn't look like it'll take just 10 years, probably much more). But there is real danger that they could try to repeat what they're trying to do in Ukraine (attack a neighbor without any provocation with the sole goal being to expand the Russian empire) and perhaps try it in a Latvia or some other small country like that. It's what Russia does. But it'll take them awhile to get untangled in Ukraine and move all that equipment north. This isn't an efficient modern army, just an army with a lot of equipment behind them. We'll see if they even survive this Ukrainian fiasco they put themselves in.
Does Russia believe it has feuds, ethnic or otherwise, with those other neighboring countries as well? Honest question.

And I think being in NATO will deter Russian action on other neighboring countries. But I guess only time will tell.
FYP and the answer is yes. Russia has feuds with Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. They also have a feud with Georgia.

So the RINOs are non-establishment? Because trump isn't.

Why do MAGAts oppose the US providing assistance to Ukraine? Because:

1) Biden is for it.
B) trump admires Putin (or more accurately, trump is Putin's bitch).
III) Ukraine resisted trump's attempts to coerce them into investigating Biden.
- All of the above.

I’m guessing the anti-corruption carried over from the Orange Revolution through Zallensky didn’t help either.

I think you're making it too complicated. Biden is for it. That's why the Trumpers are against it and that's why the progressives are against it too (despite pulling back their letter). You could argue that both groups are against spending money outside of the US that doesn't directly benefit the US (too many steps to see how stopping Russia from swallowing up other countries without provocation benefits the US for those folks to think through).

Putin will spend the rest of his life sick to his stomach about how close he came to getting the US out of NATO just for the asking.

Nice fail- none of the above. Simple:
-No vital US national sec interest,
-Ukraine is corrupt as hell
-We have more pressing issues in the US.
