In regards to Hunter, if you apply FARA prosecution Manafort style to Hunter, he'd be convicted. Will he? No. Before Manafort, name me one person convicted of FARA?
On a separate note and I've drawn a blank, but recently the Whitehouse mouth pieces were talking about some small country and how they were trampling the rights of the populace because their government wanted to enact FARA rules. Obvious the US didn't want their NGO's called out.
