More likely they don't have anything to leak. If they did it would be out there in campaign ads.

Republicans are some weird mofos - everybody knows the election was legit but if you say it out loud you can't be Speaker of the House. :ohno: No matter that the lawyers that cooked up the scheme are copping guilty pleas right and left. :?
 Yeah sure. Felonies reduced to misdemeanor and won't end up on their records in addition to them not having to admit guilty.

They all know what the game is. Overcharge heavily in the hopes people don't want to spend the time and money proving innocence.

This is simply to trot out some "guilty" verdicts in front of the jury when they fail at getting Trump.
You'd be crazy not to take the deal when you're guilty as fuck :coffee:

They were charged with:
  • Kenneth Chesebro - Violation of the Georgia RICO Act, Conspiracy to Commit Impersonating a Public Officer, Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the First Degree, Conspiracy to Commit False Statements & Writings, Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents
  • Jenna Ellis - Violation of the Georgia RICO Act, Solicitation of Violation of Oath By Public Officer
  • Sidney Powell - Violation of the Georgia RICO Act, Conspiracy to Commit Election Fraud, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Theft, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Trespass, Conspiracy to Commit Computer Invasion of Privacy, Conspiracy to Defraud the State
As I understand it:
  • Chesebro pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Filing False Documents, a felony.
  • Ellis pled guilty to a charge of aiding and abetting false statements and writings, a felony.
  • Powell pled guilty to six misdemeanor counts of intentional election interference.

Lol at X commentary;
One time somebody got drunk at a Christmas party and boasted about something they said they were going to do, then everybody woke up sober the next day and it didn’t happen.

Riveting
Cool story.

He left the White House, so this is completely meaningless
.
I heard that he was going to leave. Then he left. Where is the news story here?
But he did leave, so whether he said it or not is irrelevant, or “moot” in legal terms.
..peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard..
..But you have to go home now. We have to have peace…
..I know how you feel, but go home, and go home in peace.

The alleged comment was made sometime in mid-December. So he (wisely) pussed out.

NY appeals court judge pauses gag order in Trump civil fraud case -court document
Trump's lawyers said that the gag order "may reasonably be interpreted as an effort to shield" his law clerk's role from scrutiny. They called the clerk's political contributions to Democratic candidates and organizations "impermissible partisan activity."
2 thoughts/questions:

1) trump should be held liable if he defames Allison Greenfield (or any other staff member) and she is not a public figure so proof of malice should not be required.

2) If they want to argue that her contributions to Democratic candidates and organizations are "impermissible partisan activity" in this case shouldn't that standard be applied to judicial staff who gave to Republican candidates and organizations as well? Should judges who were appointed by trump be allowed to hear cases against him?

In WA state, judges are a partisan position.

Why are you lashing out at trump? He didn’t tell those people to leave those messages. It isn’t his fault. He’s just finally standing up and fighting back the way Republicans should have a long time ago.

Stop your weaponized witch hunt and this will stop.
