Nikki Haley Stumped When Debate Moderator Asks Her To List Some Countries She Wouldn’t Invade

MIAMI, FL — Last night's Republican presidential debate was brought to a grinding halt as former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley was stumped by a moderator asking her to list any countries in the world she doesn't want to invade.

"I don't understand the question," a bewildered Haley said in response. "You're asking me about countries to not invade? Why would there be any countries I wouldn't want to invade? Is this a trick question?"

The moderator, NBC's Lester Holt, repeated the question. "What I asked was, ‘You have gained a reputation for being a war hawk and making strong statements about confronting Iran militarily. To provide clarity, which countries throughout the world do you not want to invade?'"

Haley stared blankly, seemingly confused by the notion that anyone would be reluctant to invade any country. "I'm…I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the concept," she answered. "Maybe you could list some countries for me, and I'll let you know if I would invade them or not?"

"Very well," Holt said. "Russia?"

"I would totally invade them," Haley said.

"Romania?" Holt asked.

"Hmmm," Haley thought, "Yes, invade."

"Liechtenstein?" Holt asked.

"Nice try, Lester," Haley said. "You made that one up."

"Ms. Haley, could you please provide us with the name of one nation you would not be in favor of invading?"

At publishing time, candidates had chosen to resume the debate after waiting 15 minutes for Haley to respond, as she continued to sit in silence in an attempt to comprehend the question.

Trump Brags He Could Abort A Baby On Fifth Avenue And Not Lose Voters
"MAGA voters are LOYAL and they will STICK WITH ME NO MATTER WHAT," Trump said in a post to his Truth Social account. "I could literally support the murder of a baby with a HEARTBEAT on FIFTH AVENUE and it wouldn't make a difference because my voters know we're going to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, AGAIN. I will abandon everything my voters stand for and I will still have the BIGGEST most BEAUTIFUL election win in history!"
Is he wrong?

A message to brawling Republicans, from the Office of Congressional Fisticuffs
If a Republican wants to punch another Republican, there are rules
...
First, no sucker punches. If McCarthy wanted to strike Burchett, he needed to file the appropriate lawmaker-on-lawmaker-violence request form and arrange a mutually agreed upon time for said punching.
...
If the former House speaker made contact, the congressional tattoo artist would be called in to give McCarthy one teardrop tattoo under his left eye. If he missed, Burchett would be allowed one punch, with all the same rules applying.
...
If Republicans want to fight, there are forms to fill out, people!

First off, per literally all rules of fighting, nobody needs to consent, you truculent nerd. Proper congressional lawmaker-vs.-witness skirmishes require violent eruption, ideally involving at least one leap over a desk and no fewer than 12 audible gasps from fellow lawmakers.
...
Dueling pistols can be checked out if Republicans really want to have at it
...
Once a duel is called for and the proper paperwork is filed, the witness and the lawmaker would be escorted onto the U.S. Capitol grounds and issued a pair of American flintlock dueling pistols from the early 1800s. They would then be left to sort their nonsense out while everyone else went back in to do their darn jobs.

Later in the day Tuesday, Mullen ran to his Fox News safe space and told Sean Hannity that "political correctness" kept him from a Senate-hearing-room throw down with the Teamster: "All of a sudden you got to worry about somebody’s feelings."

Tough-guy Republicans show that bravery isn't their strong suit

Let's be clear, Senator (or possibly two kids in disguise), what stopped you from fighting Mr. O'Brien was Sen. Sanders, an 82-year-old Democratic socialist who didn't even have to stand up, and the fact that you're a performative goof a few feathers shy of a chicken.
