Well, it's not like the left-wing media is detailing exactly how the charges came into being and how things got contorted that made a conviction more likely but also made an overturn on appeal more likely as well (although I did hear NPR at least make that admission). Both sides of the media have gotten very good about only spoon-feeding their groups what they want to hear and not the other, potentially contradictory information.

While there is not a “two-tiered justice system” in the country, there certainly is a two-tiered set of standards that outlets like Fox News apply to the Democratic Party versus the Republican Party.

Now donald, there is a process to be followed. First, you appeal to an appellate court. Second, if that is unsuccessful you appeal to the New York State Court of Appeals. Third, if that is unsuccessful you appeal to the US Supreme Court but they can only intervene on matters of federal law. It takes time but you have to follow the process. The US Supreme Court would be hypocritical to expedite this case but not Jack Smith's request to bypass the D.C. Circuit court on presidential immunity.

You were fine and dandy with the slow moving wheels of justice for your federal indictments. Now you need to cool your jets and do the same for your NY state convictions.
