It doesn‘t say it’s limited to USC in either question. But you either have all constitutional rights, or you have none. Yet no one I’ve heard of right or left would argue illegal immigrants have 2A rights..

Nearly all the stats and accusations you post are MAGA conspiracy theories and often easily debunked.

You have choices…go bleat the conspiracy theories in a MAGA safe group where everyone will agree with you or start consuming information from a variety of sources that perform actual journalism. (See ‘88’s and BDK’s discussion on the Economist. It’s rated centrist, slightly left leaning but with a high percentage of accuracy in reporting.)

And still consume all information with a healthy degree of skepticism and verify from multiple sources as even the more trusted ones can get it wrong too and/or have hidden agendas.

Then you might even begin to understand things like how due process is human rights driven to protect against a potentially abusive government and not the same as the immigration and asylum application process as you implied.
