What was with that play call on 4th and 15 for UNI??? I am confused. Your defense has really been the better in the second half. The back up qb has done an amazing job passing the ball.
The entire dome was wondering that.
Second straight week we had 3 lost fumbles inside the 15, and 2nd straight week with 2 inside the 5.
We hold on to the ball we win by 20, but we didn't and we lost.
-Gave up a dumb safety.
-Fumble while literally running into the endzone on the 1 yard line.
-Fumble inside the 10.
-Fumble inside the 10, while going in to score.
Never seen us throw away a game like that. Really incredible how and where we have turned the ball over the last two weeks. Just not turning it over one of those times, and we kick a chip shot FG, and win the game.
Looks like UNI got the stuffing knocked out of them by NDSU? Its a matter of history. A lot of teams lose, and have seasons collapse, after a tough win over The NDSU BISON.
Dear Lord, We come before you and humbly ask you to grant our prayer for a veil of protection to be placed over Donald Trump. May your will be done. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Oh and you've now been called for 2 personal fouls and an unsportsmanlike. Such class on SFA
I have heard em call at least one on UNI...
Did anyone see what that was called for - everyone on the west side is baffled what prompted the call. I thought Farley was going to punch the ref during the explanation.
Ben Boothby happened to glance at the official. That zebra felt totally intimidated and immediately pissed his pants.
it wasn't actually a flag that he threw, but what used to be a white hanky he had kept in his pocket.
they just made up the unsportsmanlike to cover for him.
Not sure how that ref could have called trash talking. He threw the flag from the other side of the field. The field is 53ish yards wide, the flag came from 52 yards away from the play
Farley said something on the postgame show about how the ref told him that we were flagged after that TD for "enticing the crowd"
I personally didn't hear the postgame, as I was at the volleyball match. But I really don't see how "enticing" the crowd (at a home game) could really merit a penalty.
One of the guys in front of me said that it might have been because some players on the sideline went past the 30 yd line while celebrating the TD. But I thought that usually merited a sideline warning for the first offense, rather than a 15-yarder.
I'm definitely going to have to call into the call-in show and ask on Thursday night, if we don't get an explaination before then.

Again the flag was thrown by the side judge ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FIELD. How the hell does that happen? That gives SFA amazing field position to go in and score right before half.
UNI didn't do itself any favors with the fumbles, but damn that was a big bull shit penalty.
Did it put our defense in a really really bad position that gave SFA amazing field position to get that last score before half? You bet.
Sadly our defense didn't react to the quick routes fast enough in the first half to make a difference.
Overall, I can't complain about the defense - especially the first half when SFA had over double our time of possession.
The only thing I would have liked to have saw changed was tighter covered at the snap. Rather than 8 yards, give them 4. I don't think they were going to beat us deep. BUT when the offense scores on one play, returns a kick off for a TD, etc... there isn't a ton of time for adjustments.
