My guess for this year is that EWU wins Conference Championship outright.
Going forward into next year, the Griz will always be considered a top team in the conference but I don't think they will reel off another string of 13 straight conference championships again. I don't think any team will.
First off you will be starting a brand new quarterback next year in J.J. and unlike previous years your offense doesn't do a good job of hiding a qb with a strong running game, it throws him out feet first. Weber just manhandled you and might manhandle us this weekend and they are a young team. Sac State has obviously made that next crucial step in their program where they are beating up teams in the Big Sky. EWU returns a ton of players. MSU returns basically its whole offense next year.
I just think that Sac State, EWU, MSU, Weber, Cal Poly, NAU (early in conference season) UM will take turns beating each other up in the conference and South Dakota is a very well coached team with a lot of talent on their team.
Games will come down to turnovers and home field advantage most of the time as the difference in the game. A lot of teams are or have closed the gap with the Griz.

Good post. I agree - although I don't know if EWU wins the title outright, I do think we'll compete for a share of it. I guess time will tell. Sac's going to be really good next year, so will MSU, and Weber has a young team this year, so expect them to improve as well. EWU returns virtually all of the major players on offense, and a bunch on defense, so I expect we'll be decent next year as well.
