Sac gets the onside kick & will beat the Griz for the first time ever. 42-28 the final.

A horrid performance by the Griz, but we know they're better than this. Some issues from earlier games continued, but UM also did some things poorly that they had been doing well (special teams, turnovers). 2-2 for September is still better than some were predicting (& equal to my prediction). Fortunately there's some good opportunity to work on stuff because NoCo & Idaho State are next.

I guess Sac was looking ahead to the Griz for two straight weeks, because that was not the same team we saw play SUU & Weber.

Yes, but I don't think they're better than Montana (and keep in mind SUU lost to South Dakota St., who got destroyed by Cal Poly).

The toughest part of the Griz schedule is over. If they run the table the next 6 games (which I think is more likely than not, given the opponents), they'll be in the playoffs whether they win in Bozeman or not.

Tonight's Sac State team was nothing like the one I saw totally give up in Ogden last week.

what i like most about this win is it validates weber being an actaul good team.


sac beating oregon st wasn't a fluke. weber is actually good. so is sac, so is suu.


suu, sac, weber, griz should all be top 20 teams.

weber just played a damn good game, sac was on its 3rd week in a row on the road. its hard to play well and never play a home game.

It was a heck of a win for Sac State! The changes I begain talking about last year are now starting to unfold. The BSC is going to have new leadership. The Cats lead the way but there are challenges ahead. Its certainly not settled yet, but there have been a lot of key conference games in the BSC early this season.

I see struggle ahead for Montana.

What about SUU! They will bring a powerhouse into the BSC.
