In honor of an old tradition started back in the old CAA Zone days with the Hofstra gang (yea, they used to play FB there), this weeks picks are presented not in HD, but in Haiku: enjoy

I know most of you are illiterate, but that doesn't mean you have to do haiku this week to make picks!! It's haiku-optional.

Maine (3-1/1-0) @ JMU (4-1/2-0) (3:30 PM, TCN, CSN-NE, CSS) 24-14 in the CAA Game of the week. JMU will be tied with UNH atop the CAA standings come Sat evening.

W&M (3-2/1-1) @ UD (3-2/1-1) (6 PM) by a TD or less. After Sat W&M will have to run the table to get to 7 Div I wins to be eligible for an at large.

UR (3-2/0-2) @ Towson (3-1/1-0) (7:30 PM) UR by a TD or less.

Villanova (1-4/0-2) @ UNH (3-1/1-0) (noon) by 2-3 TDs. Nova still sucks but sounds like they are improving. Last week in their 4th game UNH finally held an opponent under 40. Now they finally hold an opponent under 30.

UMass (3-2/1-1) @ CCSU (2-3/1-2)(noon) by 3-4 TDs. CCSU is all of a sudden struggling even in the NEC, and UMass bounces back from their loss at ODU.

ODU @ URI (1-3/0-2) by a TD or less (1:00 PM) . URI looks to bounce back from their embarrassing loss to Borown, and not convinced yet that ODU is a good road team. That will enough to keep it close, but not enough for URI to pull the upset.
