On the first day God said "Let there be Light"

On the second day God said "Let there be Football, but not just football THE BIG 3 Football" NDSU of course being the biggest of the 3 and actually a team made of mini gods.

On the third day God said "let there be WA Griz"

On the forth day God and some guy names Clarence went on a road trip and nothing on earth really happend

On the fifth day god said "Let there be everything else on earth, even though there is no way anything could be as cold or loud, or have as good a line, or ever be able to compete.

On the sixth day God said "Let all these Teams play today in the fall, again with the realization that none are as good as the BIG 3"

On the seventh day God rested..

Not a fan of the military or the **** that make up most of the ranks. They're **** brainwashed then they leave and invariably join your local police force to finally live out their childhood "cops and robbers" fantasies. Or they become homeless - just look at how they're overrepresented in homeless stats.

The military is primarily a welfare program for social outcasts, malcontents and dudes who don't have the stones to make it on their own. All we need is the Air Force - done.
Hey dickhead, I'm in the military, have served for 15 years, and have no intention of joining the police force when I retire. And unless you have served, you aren't qualified to judge the character of the people that fill its ranks. While some of what you say about the military being a welfare system for some may be true, I can say the same thing about a lot of Federal employees - which is what people in the military are. Let me guess, I'll bet you're one of these people that think being in the military isn't a "real job".

"Outcasts and malcontents......." Ok buddy, I'd like to see you come to where I work and see what people's opinions of that are. I have never met more people with upstanding moral character than I have during my time in the service. Furthermore, some of the most intelligent people I have ever met have been during my time spent in the military.

As far as people in the military being "brainwashed" - generalise much? I'm fairly certain that I'm able to formulate my own opinions about things without someone else telling me what I should or shouldn't think. In fact, due to the life experiences that I've had primarily due to my being in the military, I'd be willing to guess that I've been exposed to a lot more things that give me a little more insight and perspective on the world than someone like you who has probably seen very little of the world outside their own little bubble. :coffee:

Take your fucking agenda to the politics forum, this one is about football.
Bet you'd like to hit me.

"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."
