MLB To Grant Athletics Permission To Move To San Jose
Between now and February, Major League Baseball will formally give the Oakland Athletics permission to move to San Jose, a city that falls within the San Francisco Giants territory rights according to USA Today's Bob Nightengale.

San Jose is the largest city in the Bay Area and I'm sure the neighborhood will be safer than East Oakland.
