Maybe.....At most 4 players will become stars and most will be out of the league in just a couple years.

Hell, probably half of the draft will be foreign players and half of them will never even step foot in America.

Timberwolves trade their first round pick for Chase Budinger to fill a 3-point shooting hole in the lineup.

Duh. It's a 2-round draft and there are only 450 jobs in the NBA.

I will most definitely be watching. The NBA draft blows the NFL draft out of the water. It's shorter, the chance of getting a franchise-changer is much higher and the announcers aren't nearly as annoying.

There were 12 players drafted last year who never set foot with their team on the floor...most never even with the team.

Outside of the top 10 they are drafting players for nearly no other reason than "rights" which mean absolutely nothing other than no other team can pick them up....Because so many teams last year were linking up for Hungarian big man Ádám Hanga or Qatar native Tanguy Ngombo.

You mean to tell me those players are better than those American college players that go undrafted?

I'm just saying that the roster turnover in the NBA is such that drafting 60 players who will impact the league is impossible. The number of jobs plus the quality of player you're competing with makes it impossible for the draft to yield 60 players who see the floor every year. Not every American player is automatically better than a foreign guy.

My lesbian aunt told my mom(her sister) that her girlfriend had , "acute vagina". then said, "shit, " i meant angina. Well her vagina is cute." My mom told her to shut the hell up and walked away. It was glorious. My brothers and I were laughing so hard, I think I wet myself.

Consensious pick the last month was that the Blazers were going with Lillard. Early on, the thought was they could get him at 11, then he came on in Chicago and impressed the Blazers in Portland (having dinner with the owner is usually a good sign). Once Sacramento passed on him at 5, pretty much a shoo-in for the Blazers to take him, even with Barnes still out there.

Good for him, I guess. I wasn't all that impressed with him last year for him to be getting so much pub.

Really I wasn't too impressed with him last year and as one of the few voices about the Big Sky in Portland, I did relay this early on when people in Portland wanted to know more about Lillard. But listening to the experts who all follow these workouts and having them say that Lillard wow'ed NBA executives at the combine in Chicago, then when he was "amazing" here in Portland, I'm now actually looking forward to seeing him here. Last year, the backcourt could not make enough shots to keep teams from sagging off of Aldridge so if Lillard can keep that from happening, the Blazers should do it.

He didn't seem to have much for wanting to win and noticing that his teammates were looking to him to step up and either make a play happen or take the shot. His defense also was lacking...bad word. Not as good as everyone seemed to think.

I am not saying I am rooting against him, I don't watch or give 2 shits about the NBA, I wish him well, but I just don't see what was so damn special about him.
