And I'm not opposed to drinking "good" beer, the imported kind. But it still should be used to chase down the whiskey. If Scotch isn't your thing, go for the bourbon. If you are brown or just really tan, you can sub out tequila for whiskey. If you're British, you can sub out gin, but then you'd be just as girly as the microbeer drinker.

MSU undoubtedly notices the weakness EWU has stopping the run. So they will try to pound it with their very good RBs; control the ball, and keep the TOP strongly in their favor to try to protect their weak pass defense. However, they do not have the OL to do what Montana did to EWU on the ground, so the EWU offense will have sufficient opportunities to expose the MSU secondary like they did Montana's. A #2 team needs to have a better D than MSU has shown; EWU gets the win.

While I wish that to be true, there is so much football left you can't even remotely project out that far with any accuracy. Also, if NDSU wins out and continues to look as impressive as they have, they'll almost certainly be the 1 seed... although again, a lot of football left to be played.

At this level all it takes is a couple of key injuries in the same position and you can go from really good to really mediocre (see EWU last year, although there were definitley more than just a couple of injuries).

Still, if Eastern makes the playoffs, I'd really like to see NDSU on the other side of the bracket !!!

Whoever wins in Bozeman has the upper hand to claim the Big Sky title. Two talented but flawed teams in a game I expect to turn into a track meet. Cal Poly or NAU will be in the mix if one of them goes undefeated the rest of the way. Don't count out the U of Montana quite yet either. The Griz are down more than usual this season but have a favorable schedule from here on out.

Actually was able to choke down some Cold Smoke on my last trip to Missoula...tasted better than I remembered. And no, I won't bet on a 17 point road win for EWU....but I'll give you 7 and call it good.
