Two NDSU football players arrested

Clenz, as a fan of UNI, Im sure you want the program to succeed. Having said that, how would you feel if the star QB, RB & 3 starting WRs got suspended for the entire season? Leaving your beloved panthers in Dicksville USA.. aka dead last in the conference? Sending UNI into a 7 year downward sprial of horrible recruiting, performance and horrible attendance! Look at Idaho st. They won the Big Sky a couple years back... remember? of course you dont bc all u see now is a bunch of losers. But at that school theres a history of the fb team hating the bb team and vice versa. For a span of 3 weeks a couple years ago, there was shooting, & fighting non stop causing 8 fb players & 3 bb players to be kicked off the team or simply leaving. Even though the teams hated each other, it never got outta hand till people started snitching

UNI's back up QB is just as good, and better in some peoples eye's as our starter. We are loaded depth wise at RB and WR. We would be just fine. Look at last year when we lost our 2 top WR's for the end of the season on playoffs. We lost 2 4 year starters that were leading the team in receptions yards, excitement, fans, returns, etc... Heck one of them was the face of the program...litterally. He had been the main focus of the team posters and computer wallpapers for the last 2 years. Then BOOM, they get hit with drug charges and get kicked from the team. UNI would be fine if that were to happen. However, that won't happen because our players, ok well our stars, for the most part aren't dumb enough to get shit like that to get them in trouble like this. I'm not saying that don't do anything wrong, but for the most part they aren't dumb enough to get caught. Johnny let his ego get the best of him and it really hit the team hard last year when it came to acting right.


UNI isn't Idaho State.


NDSU had more reasons that that for not winning the conference last year. They didn't know what it was like to play the quality of teams in the MVFC week in and week out every week of the season and it kicked their ass. They also let the preseason hype get so far up their asses they didn't know what to do when adversity hit them.

Shit like this is exactly why NDSU didn't win the MVC last year despite having their most talented team in recent memory.

I sat there and watched the QB stand by himself on the sideline, the star RB got a huge head(quote from a player on the team), and I guess the injuries didn't help but if the team had any kind of leadership they would have been able to battle through the adversity and would have won at least a few of those close games. They absolutely dominated any team that was inferior but once they played a team with similar talent and got into a close game they would self-destruct.
