http://m.stltoday.com/news/local/crime- ... touch=true

"Lunged at officer...Got shot!"
"Lunged at officer...Got shot!"
"Lunged at officer...Got shot!"
"Lunged at officer...Got shot!"
"Lunged at officer...Got shot!"

Corroborates the female witness who said the gun went off while the cop was pulling the kid into his vehicle. :geek:

It was nonsense...Troll blather. Per WAPO (another leak), there are "7 to 8" African-American witnesses who corroborate the officer's testimony.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/ ... story.html

Next big leak: There was a video surveillance camera on an apartment unit about 150' away that recorded the incident.

Brown being shot first at the car is nothing new. His criminal sidekick said this numerous times.
But being shot at close range in no way proves that he was reaching for Wilson's gun. It only means he was close to the gun.

I still say this is a case of excessive force. But something set this off and I still think that Brown was attacking the officer through the car window. There is no way that anybody can reach out of a car window and grab a 300 lb person by the neck and control him. Brown had leverage by being able to push off the car. There is no way Wilson was holding him by the neck and keeping him from backing away. Brown was probably the aggressor.

As soon as the AP wire reports no indictment.

St Louis and Ferguson will burn and random whites will be attacked. See Los Angeles 1992.

Of course, niggras don't really need a reason. This month in Brooklyn:

Which is exactly what one of the first witnesses interviewed said it looked to her like what was happening: Brown was trying to push off and the cop was trying to bring him in. Which makes perfect sense if you're a cop who was fired from his last gig for brutality and and got a hankerin' to kill yosef a nigra who won't be around to deny he attacked you. Hell everybody will be on your side because everybody knows they're animals. Well except for Tbagged who was just extolling the importance of black witnesses a couple of posts ago. :coffee:

Looks like the incompetent cop couldn't hold him long enough to cap him in the car and had to finish him off after he got away. :coffee:

I still say this is a case of excessive force.
I think it all depends on whether or not one version of events we heard is substantially true or not. That version is that Brown attacked the initially then moved away. Then when the officer moved away, the version goes, Brown moved towards him in a threatening way and acted like he wasn't going to stop.

If that happened it wasn't excessive force. And I say that even though I'm a person who thinks the system allows police to use excessive force all the time. I think they're allowed to push citizens around and get rough way too much.

But if a 6'4", 300 pound guy who already attacked and significantly injured you is charging you I'm not saying you used excessive force if you use a gun that you have to stop him.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

Johnson said Wilson backed up, at a high rate of speed, and turned the vehicle on an angle in the street, just barely missing them. I don't doubt that. But there is no way he stopped so close to be able to reach out of the window and grab him by the neck without Brown moving closer to the vehicle. No way. Brown had to approach the vehicle. And he probably did so while attacking.

And if he wanted to kill someone, why would he do it in the middle of the street in broad daylight. Nope, not believing that he had a "hankerin" and acted on it then.

Blood splatter, Atomic Spectrum Analysis, forensic evidence (blood/fiber/DNA transfer, defensive injuries) appear to support the officer's testimony and disprove Dorian Johnson's.

Again, there were many other witnesses and a video camera. All the evidence will eventually be released after Obama leaves office.

DOJ is just incrementally leaking enough evidence to de-escalate the animal's emotions.

The entire police force that Wilson belonged to before he joined Ferguson PD was disbanded. So, Wilson was not fired. In fact, his record was clean with no disciplinary infractions while working at that first department. Source: Washington Post 8/23/2014

I wasn't always as callous as I am now, but many, many exposures to instances such as this has made me a gun carrying member of society. I refuse to be victimized like this or to be in a position not to assist someone who is if I am witness to it.

Bernhard Goetz was sick of it too.
