Which is exactly what one of the first witnesses interviewed said it looked to her like what was happening: Brown was trying to push off and the cop was trying to bring him in. Which makes perfect sense if you're a cop who was fired from his last gig for brutality and and got a hankerin' to kill yosef a nigra who won't be around to deny he attacked you. I think it all depends on whether or not one version of events we heard is substantially true or not. That version is that Brown attacked the initially then moved away. Then when the officer moved away, the version goes, Brown moved towards him in a threatening way and acted like he wasn't going to stop.I still say this is a case of excessive force.
Johnson said Wilson backed up, at a high rate of speed, and turned the vehicle on an angle in the street, just barely missing them. I don't doubt that. But there is no way he stopped so close to be able to reach out of the window and grab him by the neck without Brown moving closer to the vehicle. No way. Brown had to approach the vehicle. Looks like the incompetent cop couldn't hold him long enough to cap him in the car and had to finish him off after he got away.
