I don't have one OL. Never claimed to have one. That's why this is so disheartening. I actually agree with a lot of GJ's positions, but taking the "I side with..." test, I don't ever recall scoring so low with my best matches.
Not sure it is worth a lot, but I took the I side with test.

Gary Johnson 97%
Donald Trump 82% which is why I question the accuracy of this (ain't voting for him)
Bernie Sanders 53% which doesn't surprise me since I agree with few of his economic platforms but I am sure there are some things we are together on.
Jill Stein 51% ( I assume for the same reason as I am at 53% with Bernie)
Hillary 39% (no surprise) ;)

I took it again this morning.

Sanders 95
Stein 93
Johnson 88
Hillary 85
Trump 51

BTW, Johnson sides with Bernie more than any other candidate which I find quite interesting and amusing on many levels.
“Of course, I side with myself 100 percent of the time, but interestingly of all the presidential candidates, I next side with Bernie Sanders at 73 percent. Now that’s the side of Bernie that has to do with pro-choice, pro-marriage equality, let’s stop with the military interventions, that there is crony capitalism, that government really isn’t fair when it comes to this level playing field. Legalize marijuana—look 73 percent of what Bernie says I agree with—we come to a “T” in the road when it comes to economics.”

That makes some sense, now if Bernie wasn't a statist on the economy, I just might feel the Bern :)

Of course there are comments like this from Johnson that make me roll my eyes get in my 89hen mode :( :D

But he also didn’t necessarily cast aspersions to the planned economy model either, saying, “Libertarians agree with socialism as long as it’s voluntary, but when it’s forced—that’s tyranny..."

I guess one can assume he is talking about communes or charities or individual philanthropy because otherwise there is no voluntarily socialism

I didn't read this thread, but a quick question: does this guy have a snowball's chance in hell of getting a podium at the network debates?

If not, why?

A snow balls chance in hell, yes. I really good chance, prolly not. Reason, people won't hear or see him in the typical new or old media channels.

This seems to be an unprecedented election in terms of unfavorability of both major party candidates.

I know Perot got in on the 92 debates. It would seem to be prime time for another third party debater.

At some level Perot took the Donald approach and sucked the wind out of the room just like Trade agreements sucked all the jobs to Mexico. Johnson is very very low key,,,,, in fact, I am getting sleepy just thinking about it ;)

The problem is that Donald Trump lies so much I don't see how anybody including the people running that test can be sure about what agrees with him and what doesn't.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

Gary sort of bumbled his way through the CNN interview last night, but he survived. Weld did better, but he was too kind to Hildabeast.

I have to watch it. Most of my libertarian friends were not happy.
