So we’re talking about hurt feelings from a stunted emotional growth standpoint.

No one is suggesting or threatening anyone’s right to be uncomfortable.

I might find it odd to see a female looking person use the men’s room….for a second. Why? Because it’s unusual. After that second I really wouldn’t care. Why? because human gender identity is on a spectrum and how someone else identifies is none of my fucking business. I really don’t care. Because I’m an adult.

We get it. You believe the below examples are men and should be addressed as such (Mrs/Ms/Ma‘am/she/her) and treated as such.



I don‘t care how they identify either but I (along with a large chunk of the population) won’t suspend disbelief to believe they are women, address them as such, and treat them as such.

I was taught to treat people with respect regardless of their image or identity. That’s the wisdom I’ve passed on to my boys. Treat people with kindness. Pretty damn simple.
