This year. Fairweather fans.

2008-09
19 Blackhawks - 16,814 - 82.0%

2007-08
29 Blackhawks - 12,727 - 62.1%
Fairweather fans? Our owner never televised any games, the team never did any interacting with the public, there were no commercials etc. We couldn't identify a player if we saw them right infront of us. The day Rocky Wirtz was the day that Blackhawks hockey was re-born.

2010: 2nd 21,257, 107.8% of capacity
2009: 1st 22,247, 11.2% of capacity
2008: 19th 16,814, 82% of capacity
2007: 29th 12,727, 62.1% of capacity

Yeah, it's not that far off, and the Caps' percentage of capacity is about double the O's. The O's are a victim of having the two biggest money pits in all of sport in their division. It's tough to come out and support a team that you know has zero chance of winning a championship. The Caps, on the other hand, are in a league with a... Cap. They have the same chance as everyone else to win.
