Base $180K
Radio/TV $60k
Gate 30-40K
Speaking 5k
Camps at least 5k
So basically he made $280-300k
Performance bonuses max out at $45K(5k per home playoff game, 10k for a MVFC title, and 20k for a FCS title).

KC Keeler's salary has been publicly disclosed for the first time, per UD's 990 tax filing. The low 300s that had been speculated by the local UD beat writer, Kevin Tresolini, turned out to be dead on:
http://www.udreview.com/news/keeler-s-s ... -1.1609159
Listed salaries do not include endorsement deals, non-taxable compensation, or deferred compensation.

Nice work by the UD student newspaper doing the legwork for this story.CAA head football coach salaries (fiscal year 2009)
1. K.C. Keeler, Delaware, $310,662
2. Mickey Matthews, James Madison, $248,000
3. Sean McDonnell, New Hampshire, $183,000
4. Jimmye Laycock, William &' Mary, $179,400
5. Rob Ambrose, Towson, $169,200
6. Jack Cosgrove, Maine, $155,000
Most information compiled from the universities. Salary for William &' Mary was collected from a database published by the Collegiate Times. Figures include base salary, bonus and other perks. Does not include health care or deferred compensation. Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Richmond and Villanova did not provide salary information.

Who has the lowest?
I would guess we're the lowest of the Big Sky for sure. Scott Downing makes a base of $90,000. He coaches like it too.
I shouldn't bag on him too much. I like the guy as a person, he's a good guy. He makes an impact on the young men's lives and all the players like him. He's here for a reason, and wins aren't everything.

I believe UNI's Mark Farley is somewhere around $250,000 with incentives.

His 2009 salary was $263,516, with $4,539 for travel expenses. I don't know what other incentives he gets though. I think a car is one, not sure though.HI54UNI wrote:I believe UNI's Mark Farley is somewhere around $250,000 with incentives.

Not that shabby of a guess for that GF fellow.GannonFan wrote:Yeah, KC's in the neighborhood of low $300's, certainly one of the higher ones out there. That's what it show's in the SacBee database. It's more than Moosh made, he was only taking in $120,000.SDHornet wrote:You can't be serious!Herky wrote:Marshall Sperbeck makes a base of $140,000.

Re: How much does your coach make?
Not sure if anyone cares, but Bobby Wilder was given a raise today and is now reported to make $300,000/yr + incentives. As we enter the Colonial next season, I believe that puts him second in the conference behind UD's coach (according to this thread).
