Re: FCS awards banquest thread
The SLC had a chance to do something really cool to add to the Frisco experience with this and dropped the ball on this one. I've never been able to see the awards before so I'm glad they attempted it but wish they had things in place cuz it was really frustrating not being able to watch. I really hope they will have it up as an on demand file to watch when the server isn't as busy or whatever it takes to see it better cuz even though the surprise of live is over I'd still like to watch it anyway.CatMom wrote:This thread sure stopped in its tracks quickly
Plus it's been over for a while so not a lot to talk about after that.

They usually have replays. As far as I know it doesn't cost anything. I'm a member but its free. You just have to sign up. Now, that's for football/baseball. Not sure about the rest. Just have to keep checking.Ursus A. Horribilis wrote:The SLC had a chance to do something really cool to add to the Frisco experience with this and dropped the ball on this one. I am a member of the SLC site but didn't have to log in and actually only tried to watch one game on there last year and just f'n gave up on it.
The idea is great but they have to learn how to implement the actual product.

Streaming the awards banquet was easy last year. No constant buffering, no annoying music, etc.
