We totally should have won that game. I mean, those 28 points they scored before that was all luck and bad breaks.
In all seriousness, our D-Line owned their O-Line all game, and our offense put up respectable numbers. I really don't care where we're ranked right now. If we beat Cal Poly and EWU, we'll be in awesome position to make the playoffs.
This Montana team has a lot of people on the outside thinking they can't get it done. They can't rely on history or tradition anymore. We need to punch people in the mouth and show we belong. Who gives a shit what AGS or TSN thinks?

Yeah I didn't watch any of the game and my comment was just meant to rib some UM folks, but I did lol when I saw that thread title on egriz. Nothing wrong with getting a moral victory out of an FBS game.uofmman1122 wrote:Get your sarcasm out of here.SDHornet wrote: It was 16-14 UM in the only part that mattered...the last 34 minutes.

Re: TSN/Fathead.com Week 1 Poll
Why does Georgia State have 46 votes? That's more than ODU's ever got at any point in our brief history.
edit: That's good for 35th. Really, GSU is the 35th best team in the country. WTF? (no offense GSU fans)

Why is William and Mary #5. They proved they have no quarterback and can't stop an awful UVA offense. I mean they aren't supposed to win but 40-3 does not prove that you are 5th in the country.

I dunno, were they? I'll admit, I don't go out of my way to follow the FBS. What I do know just comes my way, and I think Georgia was near the bottom of the SEC last year. If they were 17th, then obviously some of those people don't know how to vote either.MrTitleist wrote:Wasn't Georgia ranked 17th?JALMOND wrote:
The bottom of the SEC couldn't beat Boise at a "home" neutral site.
Then again, the best Pac-12 team couldn't beat the best SEC team.
And I am making sure all my co-workers know about that.

Bullshit, Willie-you fucking homer douchebag. Griz got killed. Got annihated by a bad SEC team that played a horrible game themselves. They still burried you. Lol.Willie wrote:Got news for ya tho...the bottom of the SEC would win the ACC.
"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."

Re: TSN/Fathead.com Week 1 Poll
i am ok with ewu staying at #1.
minus turnovers they could have smoked washington, oh wait i am a weber fan, woulda/shoulda/coulda was weber state the last 2 yrs with our top 10 offense that was more turnover prone that any other team and cost us many wins.
i dont like that you fall in the top 25 for losing FBS games but i guess your team's own fault for scheduling an fbs. trust me i know, my team plays 2 of them per year. in the end a loss is a loss which sucks. i really cant stand these stupid fcs vs fbs games.
a close call with an fbs is still an L and doesnt help you get the "recommended" 7 wins.
richmond and sac didnt move up enough considering they were the ONLY fbs wins.
